  Everything seemed okay until I reached the reptile section. None of their reptiles had any type of heat and all their thermometer strips read room temperature (75F)... even the baby bearded dragons!!! Their leopard gecko babies were on sand with no appearant heat mat so they are most likely impacted and one of them looked like it was dead. How can a ball python properly shed with no heat or humidity? And bearded dragons without uvb or a basking spot?? I felt terrible for all the reptiles. I especially felt bad for the baby leopard geckos as I have one of my own and recently cared and hatched 9 from eggs (the oldest is now 3 months and the youngest only a few weeks) so I know what proper care looks like. These animals are being severely uncared for. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing any of their reptiles unless you are experienced in rescue and rehabilitation, otherwise your pet will most likely die.

  This is what you will get when buying reptiles from there. There werre two others, all in a small viv with no UVB. But they have been doing this 14 years so they know what is best. That is just fine, this baby will be going to the vet and have a full check up just to prove them wrong. They will also be reported to KSAT for animal neglect.
