  Fred repaired my parents' 25 year old pump/motor in about an hour combining his impressive inventory of parts with his invaluable knowledge and skills. Fred is about quality not quantity when it comes to his craft. While Fred worked on the pump, we walked around their large, lovely store containing innumerable displays of spas and accessories. (We were kindly offered bottled water while we waited and roamed around the store.) In addition to the pump/motor repair, my parents purchased new spa chemicals. My parents' prior chemicals were very harsh which eventually damaged the pump/motor. Leslie was very informative as to how to properly use the improved, milder chemicals in the spa. If you have ANY spa needs, questions, etc., go to Spa Crafters!! Not only will they assist you, they will make you feel like family.
