  Both associates were working with other customers (which is totally fine) but neither wanted to acknowledge me when I walked in. Waited around for 15 min listening to the girl be very rude to a customer service representative on the phone with a customer in front of her. I asked if it would be better to come back at anothe time and I was told "yea probably" without even being looked at. Just another reason why I hate sprint

  Came in for help on a phone not working and both Mitchell and Isaiah were super helpful and went above and beyond what you would expect... Best customer service I have ever received from any phone company!!!
