  Took advantage of Sprint's current iphone 7 offer. Maria walked me through all the choices and made me aware of other incentives that I wasn't aware of. When one of the phones I brought over from previous provider had trouble getting on the network Maria ran the problem up the various levels of tech support; she worked on our behalf for ten days and got it done. She was always available and always accountable. Thanks!

  Been sitting here for almost an hour and have yet to be helped. There are 2 salespersons at their counters, but I am told only one of them can help me. I have watched 3 other people get help before me. Wait time is ridiculous. Please go to another location as they are understaffed & not all can help with an upgrade. :(

  The worst. They didnt greet customer. When i asked for upgrade and for 2 note 8. One of the rep look as if im crazy. Or i dont have the money get 2 note 8s. And they didnt have the color i wanted. Could have told me its not in the US instead send me to best buy driving around town to find out its not here. Very rude.
