- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆December 18, 2019, by Vickie MartinezWe enjoyed the cooking class! The kitchen staff were all wonderful--and our instructor Gina was so knowledgeable, helpful and sweet! The food was fresh and delicious...we were just sad we weren't allowed to take our "chinese take-out" as take-out (esp since we paid to make it and eat it). So much fresh food (from all groups) gone to waste...which is why I chose to give only 4 stars.
