  You guys are a bunch of thieves. I was promised a rate with a bundle package for as long as I continued Service. The first month that I changed the plan it was fine. Then somehow the discount expired and I was changed $30 for 9 months while trying to fix the issue. I got the bundle rate updated finally after 9 months and have been waiting 2 months for the money that I was overcharged. Then I Check the bill today and I'm getting overcharged again. Can some form of management contact me please. This is ridiculous.
