  Horrible customer service. My wife and I were on the waiting list and had been in the store for over 20 min. Another couple came in and were taking care of right away and we were still waiting. I was angry and felt my money was no good there. We went there to buy 2 new iphone X’s with 128GB of storage with screen protectors and protection cases. A total purchase of a little under $3,000. But o well I will spend my money elsewhere. Maybe even switch carriers. This is not the first time this has happened at this store but I explained the other incident as a fluke. Well I won’t give them a chance to redeem themselves because I will never go back.
