  I initially thought that the man who helped me set up my account (Rupert) was a great guy, very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. Fast forward to my first month due, and I find out that I owe 95$ for complete unlimited when I was told I had the 70$ plan. Apparently the only plan I was eligible for at the time was the 95$ plan. That is ridiculous, I thought 70$ alone was steep. I was repeatedly assured that my bill was going to be 70$, and that was what I should expect. Rupert flat out lied to me and I signed on with them under false pretenses. I also know that this is a problem exclusive to this particular store from 2 friends who have had the same problem (again both helped by Rupert). I called customer support and was able to have them sign me under the 40$ plan and I no longer have to pay the 95$. This man will scam you, sign you under the most expensive plan and then lie to you telling you the amount you think you signed on for. Complete BS!
