  Completely horrific experience with this particular store. I was traveling over the weekend and wanted to pick up a chair on sale. I called the store and the woman said no problem she would hold one for me and I could pick it up on Tuesday evening. I mentioned I could have my neighbor come in the morning and pay and pick up the chair but she said it wouldn't be a problem. Last night I went to the store and the staff could not find the chair anywhere in the back. Another gentleman remembered selling what could have been the last one the night before. I left my name and number for the lady to call me back today. I never received such a phone call. I called the store to find out if she had located my chair. She said they were not allowed to place the chair on hold. Did she call me when she found that out on Sunday...NOPE...did she call me back today...NOPE...complete lack of trust lost with this employee and this store. I was a customer....NEVER AGAIN...Please follow suit and do not support this store. And what did she do to offer to help today? Call stores in SATX to see if they had the chairs...that was already done and they do not.
