  The old, skinny, African-American woman that works there in the overnight/early morning shift ruined my experience at Valero. She is normally very nice. But today, the doors were closed around 5am, and she came to the door to tell me and another customer that she is closed. I asked what time she opens, and then she just walked away. So I went to the window by the register and asked her again. Then she put her hand up to me, like an air-high-five to my face, as if to tell me to be patient...and she still didn't tell me the time. I wasn't rude to her at all, in fact I was very polite; I've worked in retail and I know how it is when customers are rude. Anyway she was so disrespectful, and didn't seem to care at all about me or what I needed. I waited 15-20 mins before she finally opened. I walked to the back to get a drink and she yelled "bathrooms are closed" as if she just wanted to disappoint me or give me bad news. Her undertones were very rude. The last thing - I am a regular customer at this Valero, buying milk for my baby son, gas, cigarettes, beer, and coffee. I have seen this employee many times (like I said she is normally nice). And today, I happened to not be carrying my ID. It's great that they check everyone's ID for cigs and alcohol, however I know she remembers checking my ID many times, as would the other employees I've interacted with. But this old lady refused to sell me the cigarettes, even after acknowledging that she remembered me. I will no longer bring my business to Valero. This lady is nice on the outside sometimes, but cold and rude at her core, which I experienced today unfortunately. Keep her, and I will never go to Valero again. Fire her, and I will always choose Valero over Shell.
