  Clean and convenient, although a little quirky to exit and get going the right direction—can’t beat an icee with lots of flavor choices on a hot Texas afternoon!

  This store WOULD have a FIVE STAR if it weren't for one employee named "Nassa" (sp?). He is horrible. Not only is he unbelievable rude, he ATTEMPTED TO OVER CHARGE ME BY $70!!!! At the cash register I said to him, laughingly, "ummm that can't be right" he said "it is". I then had to say "no sir it's impossible for that to be the total" he then got out A CALCULATOR and corrected it. It was off by about $70. He never said a word the whole time he corrected his mistake. HE NEVER APOLOGIZED. I said wow that was off by almost a $100 and he said "it was 70" that's it. Nothing else. He often works night shift and locks the doors so I have to bang on them to get let in. He never puts up the wet door sign. But the worst is how rude he is generally. Always. Just rude. He always has to ask me to repeat myself because he keeps a Bluetooth playing music in his ear. He never has the coffee machine ready to use no matter what time I come at night because he is always "cleaning it." He makes no apologies for that or anything. Not even when he was going to over charge me $70. He often rerings up items while bagging them and forgets to take them off so i would buy the item twice until I learned he was being lazy and not watching the scanner so now I have to watch every time. Just now when he was over charging me $70 he accidentally rerang up an item while bagging and I had to ask him to take it off. No apologies. Not a word. That was totally separate from him screwing up and trying to over charge me the $70 though. I have complained to other employees about him and they say every customer complains about him. I'll be driving further to the competition down UTSA until he isn't working there any more. I've tried to complain to management and I don't known if that did anything. He was a guy with red hair I believe. The guy I'm so frustrated with has black dreads and is darker skinned. He has always been horrible. He shouldn't be in customer service. I never write reviews. Much less novels like this one but I've had over 10 negative interactions with him and I'm fed up. Please tell me how to complain to someone who cares. WOW as I'm sitting here he just hung a sign saying it's closed. It's a 24/7 store! He only works nights! He shouldn't work in this field.
