  Came into this location needing help on my device. Martin greeted me at the door and was able to get the security features off of my phone that were causing my phone to bug out. After talking with him I realize I needed a Bluetooth speaker and he was able to get me set up with a Verizon hum device I absolutely love it. Thanks for everything guys

  I had an iphone 4 and it was so slow and I couldn't get any of my pictures to save or.send to my family. I called the technical people and they couldn't tell me what was.wrong and they kept telling me everything was ok. But.it wasn't and I was furious. But then I came into the store, which is what I should be done from the beginning and Serena so graciously helped me out and figured out what no one could. I didn't have enough space. I bought a new phone and she got.it working and kept my number and my pictures. This.phone is probably smarter than I am by I love it. Thank you version and Serena.
