  Super disrespectful staff, they have everything in the wrong place and they laugh of you for claiming your costumer rights! Worst location ever! Hopefully one day they will clean their mess and respect the costumers

  My last visit at this location was probably the worst to be honest. There was only one staff member who was kind and assisted me with any questions I had. Unfortunately I forgot her name but they need more people like her working there rather than the indifferent individuals that currently work there now. The other employees in this store were rather rude and lacked customer service. There was one time someone ordered pizza and as she was carrying it to the back I stopped her to ask a brief question, before I could even say much of anything the expression on her face was as if I was inconveniencing her (I don’t think they know what multitasking is, her pizza would not have gotten cold in 5 seconds). I know Victoria’s Secret is better than that but these people aren’t. Thankfully I won’t be coming back again.
