  It a shame that a year later the pharmacy is still having the same issues...incompetence. I dropped off a prescription that had to be pre approved by my insurance company, they had 72 business hours to respond. I called 7 days later because I was running out of the Rx that I had, only to find out that nobody had even processed my prescription. I hear the girl on the line say that she was sorry, I asked what she said, she stated that she was not speaking to me but speaking to a gentleman in front of her, I'm multitasking she says....try sticking to one task and finishing that one! EPIC FAIL!
