  Dreadful experience. Ordered a simple wedding band for my fiance. Told it would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks was told it would be 5 to 6 weeks. Repeated calls to store after 6 weeks - told it had not arrived but should momentarily. Promised calls back to confirm. No calls received. Went to store. Rude personnel could not find order, then said it would take at least 8 to 12 weeks for it to arrive. When we protested, a manager called someone who said order had not been sent to manufacturer. Manager told us she might receive an email about it sometime and that there was nothing she could or would do. We received refund without apology. Purchased same ring at Jerrod (in stock there) for less money. Stay away from this place. There is NO customer service; rudeness is the name of the game.

  This location was robbed and one person was shot dead trying to be a hero presumably trying to protect his wife. they provide absolutely no real security for their customers as well as their employees. they really completely on mall security as well and they do a job at that and to some extent some employees provided bad customer service so maybe the robbery with the exception of the murder of the innocent bystander was probably justified. Police responding to reports of shots fired at Ingram Park Mall Tuesday are searching for a man suspected in the attempted robbery of two women inside one of the mall's department stores. Officers at the scene said a masked man tried to rob a group of women inside the Macy's around 11:30 a.m. It is unclear at this time if shots were fired, but police said it is another case of attempted robbery at a San Antonio mall. It is also unclear if the mall is on lockdown, as calls to mall security have gone unanswered --------------------- "Jesus Christ I believe you are the true Son of God. that you died on the cross to rescue me from my sins, death and to restore me to heaven to be with the Heavenly Father and the Holy Spirit.
